Wonderful stay during a second visit. Great food for amazing breakfast with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Beautiful location - so close to center, nearby shops and restaurants and mountains. Also, to the ski lifts...

I have stayed in the double room with a private safe, central heating, and an iron/ironing board.

The breakfast is top class, served with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. the hotel provides a vintage, panoramic room with a baby crib. - the location is wonderful, only a 15-minute walk to Leukerbad Therme Water Park.

Cereals and breads served in the morning. Good service, normal double room with nice view on the mountain, mildew in the bathroom, terrace in pict. Magnificent location in centre & right next to main baths, classic style building. And just off the center of Leukerbad right in front of the Alpentherme baths, and the restaurant.

Large breakfast with good choice of GREAT food. Amiable, attentive employees in the reception desk. Location close enough to Wallis, and the thermes/restaurants.

nature, food, staff
The rooms are very old and not well arranged and far away to be charged as a 5-stars hotel (rooms are dark, old and durty carpets, dousch-facilities falling a part, lamps are with yellow light...). There is no sauna in the hotel self. Spa-treatment are poor quality.

Very nice private termal area of the hotel. Connection to Alpenterme is also very convenient - after spending a couple of hours in the hotel termal baths you can go in a bathrobe to Alpenterme for SPA-treatments. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a standard room in the part of the hotel called Maison Blanche - the room was nice, clean, of an adequate size. The buffet breakfast offered a really big variety of different food and drinks.
The bathroom was a little shabby and obviously needed some renovation. The only window in the room was pretty small and didn't let much sunlight in. Besides it would be nice to have a balcony in the room. But an overall impact of the hotel is still positive.

The location is marvellous and stunning, as the hotel is based near the center of the village. It's a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants, all attractions, and Leukerbad.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and the fact that the hotel is linked to the spa convenient. The hotel restaurant and bar were also very good and the staff their helpful and professional. The hotel's situation in Loeche is of course prime.
They ignored our request for non-smoking rooms and for rooms on the same floor. Our booking had also guaranteed rooms in the original building. The first desk clerk I spoke to about this was curt and said changes were not possible and when I asked another to speak to the manager we were changed but to rooms in the out building and one stank of cigarettes. Only on threatening a bad review did we achieve acceptable accommodation! I was not impressed with the hotel's respect of room reservations and why ask for preferences if they are ignored?

The location was really nice and cleaned. Good variety in breakfast. The workers were all professional. The baths are awsome. I have seen 2 other ones and I liked these the most.
Pretty much nothing

Fantastic thermal pools, excellent gourmet restaurant.
Front desk staff is great but needs to work a bit harder to smile and be friendly.

The access to the spa (swimmingpool, sauna...) directly in the hotel
The only thing is that I booked a double room but for a single person in the main building, and as finally I was located in another building (even if it was near the main one), I had to change for a single one.
